Energy efficiency in our establishment
As a century-old hotel, combining energy efficiency with heritage preservation is a real challenge. Every improvement must respect the authentic character of the building, its history, and its alpine charm, whilst integrating modern and sustainable technical solutions.
To optimise the energy efficiency of our establishment, we have already implemented several important measures:
- Roof insulation of the hotel, to reduce heat loss and lower energy consumption for heating.
- Window insulation to improve thermal comfort in the rooms whilst reducing energy use.
- Heat recovery from the fireplace to heat water.
- Installation of smart thermostatic valves on radiators, allowing better heat management in each room and optimal control of energy consumption.
These projects aim to strengthen the energy efficiency of our building, whilst offering our guests a more comfortable and responsible stay, without compromising the authentic charm of our family hotel.
