Our cuisine

Our Chef Antoine Menard, who has been leading our kitchen for 33 years, is renowned for his creativity and artistic flair. Close to nature, he draws inspiration from alpine flowers, wild mushrooms, forest berries, as well as fresh vegetables from our own kitchen garden.

Thanks to these natural ingredients, vegetarians and vegans also find plenty to enjoy in our restaurant in Grimentz, in the heart of the Val d’Anniviers.
